  • In order to accommodate students and to reserve a spot, we request a deposit of one week’s stay for each student attending.

  • If the student cancels no later than 1 month before, 85% of this will be refundable.

  • If cancelled between 1 month and 2 weeks before, 50% will be refundable.

  • If cancelled later than this, no refund will be given.
